How can I get a loan?

do I use your website?
Visit
www.PaydayMate.com.au and log in using your email
and password. Once entered, you are then
able to make a loan request, check the status of your
loan, and even view your recently sent documents. For

How do I repay my loan?
PaydayMate.com.au
does all the work for you! Your account will be automatically
debited for the entire loan amount plus the loan fees and
brokerage fee. Once your loan has been repaid, you
are able to make another loan request on the very same
day. |
What is a payday loan?
A payday loan is a short term loan that can be used
to cover urgent expenses, to take a holiday, or even
just to top off your monthly income. Payday loans are
meant to be paid in full on your next pay date. They
are not meant to be used as a long term solution. |
How much can I borrow?
You
can borrow up to $300 for your first loan. Once your first
loan has been repaid, you will have the option
to borrow up to $1000 (in multiples of $100), depending
on your net income. Your net income is used to calculate
your
maximum
loan limit. |
What fees are involved?
There
is a Loan Administration fee of $1 and a Broker fee of
$28.98 for every $100 borrowed. |
How
long until I have to pay back my loan?
Depending
on your pay frequency, you can keep the loan for up to
a maximum of 15 days. |
Is there a minimum net income to qualify for a loan?
Yes, a minimum net income of $1334 per month is needed if you are paid weekly. If you are paid once a month or twice a month a net income of $667 per month is required. |
What if I am self employed?
Unfortunately, we cannot lend to those who are self
employed. |
Do I need to send in any documents?
A copy of your most recent bank statement and pay slip
is required to complete your loan application. |
Do I need my salary deposited directly into my account?
Yes, to qualify for a loan your salary must be deposited
directly into your account by your employer. |
When will I receive my money?
Once
your application and documents have been received,
your loan can be issued on that very same day. Depending
on your bank’s policies, it may take 1 to 2 business
days for the funds to be transferred to your account. |
I applied for bankruptcy. Can I still apply for a loan?
Yes. This will not affect your eligibility for a loan.

Click on the “Loan” link and select your
next pay date along with the amount you wish to borrow.
Digitally sign the online broker agreement and loan agreement

How can I tell that my loan request has been approved?
Just
login to your PaydayMate.com.au account and click on “Loan
Status”. Once your loan status says “Issued”,
your loan has been approved and your cash is on its way.

What
is a Reloan?
At PaydayMate.com.au, we realize that sometimes
you just need more. That's why you are able to take out a
second loan on the day after your repayment
date.
All
you
have to do is send in a copy of your bank statement that
shows your payment has been received. The cash will be issued
to your account on the very next day.
Depending
on your bank, the funds may take 1
to 2 business days to be deposited. |
Can I correct or update my information?
Yes,
updating your personal information is easy. Login to
PaydayMate.com.au and click “Update Info”,
from here you can update your telephone number, home
address and email address.
To update your banking and employment information, contact
us at 1 800 803 543 to complete the changes. Having the
most current banking information is crucial for accurate
fund transfers. |
What if I want more than my loan limit?
Your loan limit is determined by your net income (the
amount you take home after taxes and deductions). If
you ever receive an increase in the amount you are paid,
send in your most recent pay slip showing your new income.
Then just contact one of our customer care representatives
to learn your new loan limit.
