You acknowledge that We collect your personal information

and broking and related services to You respectively;
communicate with You in relation to this product and
all transactions relating to the product; monitor,
audit, evaluate and otherwise administer this product
and related services; provide related facilities and
services including settlement; offer products of similar
type which We expect may be of interest to You; keep
and maintain a register of holders of the product and
all persons who provide credit support in relation
to the product; provide information about our products
and services to You; provide to contractors or other
third party service or credit providers which provide
services or credit in connection with this product
and related services for these purposes, including
organisations to whom We outsource certain functions.
You acknowledge that our agents, brokers, contractors
and third party service providers are bound by confidentiality
arrangements and they may only use your personal
information for our purposes; and We may be allowed
to disclose information
by law.
You authorise us to use personal information collected
from or in connection with you for all other purposes
listed in this Collection Statement.
You acknowledge that if You do not provide or provide
incomplete or inaccurate information, We may
not be able to process or accept your application.
You acknowledge that We are permitted to disclose
personal information to other members of our
group of companies
(the Group), to enable the Group to have an
integrated view of its customers; and your personal
information
may also be assessed by the Group staff in
other countries, for transactional reasons and
to enhance
our relationship
with you.
CREDIT REPORTING
Information
may be given to a credit reporting agency (“Agency”)
You acknowledge that the Privacy Act (the
Act) allows us to give an Agency certain
information
about You
which You authorise us and our agents
to do. The information
which may be given to an Agency may
include identity particulars (as permitted by
the
Act); the fact
that You have applied for credit and
the amount; the fact
that We are a credit provider to You;
payments which become overdue for more than 60
days;
advice that
payments are no longer overdue; in
specified circumstances, that
in our opinion, You have committed
a serious infringement; and that the credit provided
to You by us have
been paid or otherwise discharged.
Authority for us to obtain certain
credit information
To enable us to assess your application
for personal or commercial credit,
You authorise
us and our
agents to obtain from an Agency a
credit report containing
personal credit information about
You in relation to personal
or commercial credit provided by
us and other information in relation
to
your commercial
credit activities;
and a report containing information
about your commercial activities
or commercial
credit
worthiness from a
business
which provides information about
the commercial credit worthiness
of a person
in relation
to personal credit
provided by us.
Authority to exchange information
with other credit providers
You authorise us to give to and
obtain from our agents (as defined
in the
Act) and credit
providers
that
may be named in a credit report
issued by an Agency information
about your credit arrangements.
You
understand this information can
include any information
about your
credit worthiness,
credit standing, credit history
or credit capacity that credit
providers
are allowed
to give or
receive from
each other under the Act.
You understand the information
may be used to assess an application
by You for credit
and your
credit
worthiness; assist You avoid
defaulting
on your credit obligations;
and notify other credit providers
of a default by You.

You acknowledge that You can

to request
for further information on
our privacy
policy and to access to your
personal information held
by us
(subject to permitted exceptions)
and charges may apply of
such access.
Telephone calls
You agree that some telephone
calls may be monitored
or recorded by us
for the
purpose
of maintaining
and improving our service
standards or for training
